    1. How to make your mat work longer?

when it is not in use, please put it in cool place or low temperature place, and don't expose it directly to the sunlight.

    2. How to make your mat feel cooler and more comfortable?

when the mat doesn't feel so cool, put it in cold water(don't worry about the water, the mat is water proof) to coolllller down.

  1. the gel mat feels comfortable, the only thing that need you to do is to cool the gel mat: put it in cold water or refrigerater.

1. please choose thicker sheets if it feels too cold.

2. Because of the products' particularity, the product may have PVC's smells. But the PVC's smells will disappear slowly after laying some periods of times.

3. infants and elders who cannot express themselves shall not use cool mat.

4. Please do not expose cool mat in the sunlight as it destroys the filling materials.

5. filling material is not edible.

6. please do not cut cool mat with sharp objects such as a knife.

7. when the cool mat is soiled, please clean the surface with towels.

8. Do not refrigerate. keep cool mat in airy, cool and dark place under 26 degrees, and the cool mat regains its coolness.
